As 2021 reaches its end, we’re working hard to tie up a few loose ends from all of our work this year: whether it be legal documentation and proceedings, continuing our expansion in clothing and merchandise, or celebrating many milestones (Brain Ape will be turning ten years old in January - how time flies), we’re very excited to crack on, tie a bow around 2021, and take 2022 by storm.

One of our proudest expansions recently has been our partnership with Firework Productions! Many of you know Dom Bolton - former Brain Ape manager and current label shareholder - and know him as the film producer he is: championing causes through low budget indie films, he works tirelessly to highlight issues that effect millions of people, and helps bring about positive change in our society. That’s why we’re incredibly chuffed to be able to do our bit! As of today, you can now find a Firework tab in the menu on our website, and there you can find merchandise designed by his team that will help fund these indie films that do so much good. We’re honoured to be aiding in the funding of these important projects: currently there is a range of clothing highlighting the struggle of those suffering from body dysmorphia, a mental health condition in which people experience distress due to perceived problems with their appearance. Proceeds from the sale of these items will be going towards the financing of one of Dom’s latest films Bulking Up.
